People Initiatives was founded by Christy Skinner. Christy has twenty years of experience in Human Resources specializing in the areas of Employee Relations, Consulting and Talent Acquisition. She holds her MBA in Business Communications and has partnered with executives to create successful business strategies. She has also led effective teams within the human resources space. She is very proud to now lead her team of Experts within People Initiatives and looks forward to partnering with your business to help your teams achieve and exceed your goals.
